CPH Spotlight Associate

At Centre for Population Health, we believe in modelling the action that we are supporting others to take. So we make sure we use every opportunity to tackle inequalities ourselves - in who we are, in what we do, in who we work with.  

In January 2024, we launched our Spotlight Associate initiative. For every project we undertake, we will do our best to create opportunities for people who may not normally be included in high-profile health and care projects and programmes of support to have the opportunity to join our team to do exactly that. It may be someone from an under-represented group, or someone who may already be doing great things in their own right but not yet recognised in the way that they could be due to factors often linked to circumstance rather than merit. 

We use this spot on our group of associates to showcase their contribution to our work as part of  our project teams to shine a light on their amazing work and talent.
