Current models of integrated care working can feel hard to navigate, especially for those from non-NHS backgrounds. But this was neither the intention nor the potential of integrated care working. Councils have tremendous power and are often already doing outstanding work. They are key to addressing wider determinants of health - often the greater influence on people's health than healthcare services alone. We work with councils to help them understand and implement methods for influencing and driving change in an integrated care landscape to truly improve lives and creates equity for residents and communities.
