At the Centre for Population Health, we believe that there is a tremendous potential for health and care transformation - but for that to happen, some things need to change. One of those things is putting communities, charities, people with lived experience, and the people who care for them (including paid and unpaid carers), at the very heart of health and care efforts. We hear it talked about often as a priority - but we don't always see it happening in action in practice.
Working with you as equal partners
First and foremost, we work to implement change through our model of working with health and care teams. In every piece of work we do, we will always commit to involving charities and communities to the very best of our abilities. We believe that transformation can only happen when you are working with statutory organisations as equal partners. And it is important to us to model that. We work with charity and community leaders as part of our team providing you with the insight about health and care and supporting you to help others to understand the important work you do and invaluable role you play. You are the experts and there is so much to learn from you. If you are interested in working with us, just get in touch using the form below.
Promoting your excellent work
Secondly, we want to shout about the great work you are doing. If you are a community organisation, or charity, or someone doing great work to improve the health of people in your community please let us know. We will do our best to promote your good work through our website, our network, in our blog and in other ways also. If you would like us to work with you to help promote your work and efforts, or indeed for any development support in any of the other ways mentioned in this website, please also get in touch using the form below.
