As you can see we are staying true to our mission on developing leaders, improving lives and creating equity in practice. We are sticking to the model of partnering with a community organisation, hosting it in an area of inequalities, and using a venue that means a lot to the local community. And we are delighted to be partnering with the fantastic charity Children North East for this. If you'd like to submit your work to present for a poster presentation please use the form below. Want to share your good work and thinking at our conference?

If are doing important work to improve the lives of children, young people and their families, and would like to the opportunity to showcase this at our conference, please submit your poster abstract below by 14th August 2025. Posters will be selected based on their relevance to the conference theme and to reflect a diverse variety of topics. If your poster is chosen for presentation at our conference, we will let you know in early September so that you can produce your poster in print (A3, colour, minimum text size 12) and also send us the PDF of this two weeks before the conference to include the digital poster gallery. This is open to anyone in the NHS, local or national government, voluntary or community sector. If you need more help with this, email our team at info@centreforpopulationhealth.co.uk and we will do our best to support you.
