Centre for Population Health Leadership Academy
Supporting Individuals and Boards to Unlock Their Potential
At Centre for Population Health, we offer leadership and organisational development support for individuals and boards, as well as implementation support for population health and equity. Our diverse team of trainers, academics, leaders and specialists have the unique skills to curate tailored packages of support to help improve leadership and organisational practices which improves population health and equity rather than seeing them, as is often the case, as separate focuses.
We do this through a range of masterclasses, programmes, workshops, individual coaching or mentoring sessions, and through bespoke offers. Examples of our work in the last year are given below:
BOARD DEVELOPMENT
* Board Leadership Development for Acute Providers to Improve Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
* Board Leadership Development for a Multinational Healthcare Organisation for Population Health and Equity
* Board Leadership Development through Masterclasses for a variety of Boards and Board Members, including VCSE, Council, ICB and Provider Trusts, and more.
* Leading a National Survey to understand Board Leadership Practices and Development Needs for Safety, Equity and Inclusion
WIDER WORK
* Evaluation of the first year of a Population Health Academy
* Starting work with organisations in a region in England to Transform their Maternity and Neonatal Service Provision
* Starting work with a partner organisation to understand the needs for the future health and care workforce for AI and digital
* Starting work with an ICB to develop their primary care community for Population Health and Equity
As you can see, our work is varied and we are proud of the positive impact it is making to help people across England and more widely to step further - as leaders - to improve lives and create equity.
